AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT provides the terms and conditions of the relationship between ETA Strategies LLC (1599 Washington Street, Braintree, MA 02184) and the Affiliate executing this form.
1. COMPENSATION & PAYOUT SCHEDULE
Your Compensation is 4% of total capital amount funded per referral. Payouts are disbursed on a weekly basis once funds are collected.
2. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
The Affiliate is an independent contractor responsible for their own applicable tax reporting and filings.
3. UNDERWRITING & FULFILLMENT
ETA Strategies LLC is solely responsible for processing and closing all funding applications with institutional lending networks.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Affiliate agrees to hold all proprietary customer information and lending terms in strict confidence.
5. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
